About this event

You are invited to the next CCSD Research Masterclass Webinar for clinician-scientists, Practical Tips for NMRC Grant Submission by Teh Hoe Leng & Prof Koh Woon Puay. Clinicians planning to submit an application in NMRC's Nov 2020 grant call are especially encouraged to attend and follow the experts' advice to weed out mistakes and polish their proposal.

Teh Hoe Leng heads the Sponsored Research Department of Duke-NUS, which performs the pre and post award administration for competitive funding and acts as the bridge between the funders and researchers at Duke-NUS. Prior to joining Duke-NUS, he was previously at NMRC and A*STAR as a grant funder.

Prof Koh Woon Puay is a recipient of the NMRC Clinician Scientist Award (Senior Investigator) 2014 & 2020. Besides research, her other passion is in mentoring, and she is the Director of the Centre for Clinician-Scientist Development in Duke-NUS, a centre established to consolidate support and nurture clinician-scientists, spanning from graduating Duke-NUS students to aspiring clinician-researchers across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre.

All in SingHealth/Duke-NUS are welcome. The webinar will be held via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to all registered attendees one day before the event. For enquiries, please email angietan@duke-nus.edu.sg.
