A key element of our work is to bring the science of the Black Sea closer to society and we recognise that while photography has the power to inspire and provoke, it can also be used as an effective ocean literacy tool. It can deeply engage people through triggering their imagination and emotions that, in turn, encourage environmental awareness and action.
