NUH is commencing an egg allergy study together with Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) to help egg allergy sufferers eat eggs safely. This new trial will combine Egg Oral Immunotherapy (OIT) with a probiotic and the aim is to hopefully protect patients from their egg allergy after treatment has ended.
